About UX / UI / Design

Position Overview
We are seeking a UI Designer to join our UX / UI / Design team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this mid-level role, you will contribute to building and scaling SERGENTA AI's enterprise platform, working alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Maintain and evolve the SERGENTA design system
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure design quality at delivery
- Create visual assets for marketing, brand, and product communications
Daily Activities
- Designing interfaces and flows in Figma
- Reviewing designs with product managers and engineers
- Conducting user interviews and usability tests
- Iterating on feedback from stakeholders
- Creating prototypes to validate concepts
- Updating the design system and component library
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design skills
- Expertise in Figma and modern design tools
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with responsive and accessible design principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI products
- Motion design or video editing skills
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, React)
