Position Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this mid-level role, you will contribute to building and scaling SERGENTA AI's enterprise platform, working alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Create high-quality content including articles, whitepapers, and case studies
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media
- Analyse marketing performance and optimise for ROI
- Build and maintain the SERGENTA AI brand across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with sales to generate and nurture qualified leads
Daily Activities
- Writing and editing content for the blog and marketing channels
- Managing social media campaigns and community engagement
- Analysing website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Collaborating with designers on visual assets and landing pages
- Conducting keyword research and SEO optimisation
- Planning and executing webinars, events, and product launches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience with SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on performance
