About Security & Compliance
Our Security & Compliance team protects SERGENTA AI's platforms, data, and customers. We build security frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the governance practices that enterprises trust.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Governance Specialist to join our Security & Compliance team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this mid-level role, you will contribute to building and scaling SERGENTA AI's enterprise platform, working alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security frameworks and controls
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and penetration testing
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other standards
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Advise product and engineering teams on security best practices
Daily Activities
- Reviewing and updating security policies
- Conducting risk assessments and compliance audits
- Collaborating with engineering on security implementations
- Monitoring security alerts and incident response
- Preparing compliance documentation and reports
- Advising on data protection and privacy matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of information security or compliance experience
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related frameworks
- Experience with security assessments and risk management
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government)
- Experience with cloud security architectures
