Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this mid-level role, you will contribute to building and scaling SERGENTA AI's enterprise platform, working alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
- Write detailed product specifications and user stories
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features on time and on spec
- Analyse user behaviour, metrics, and feedback to inform product decisions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Define and track KPIs for product success
Daily Activities
- Writing and refining product specs and user stories
- Hosting discovery calls with customers and prospects
- Collaborating with engineering on sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Reviewing designs and prototypes with the UX team
- Analysing product analytics and user feedback
- Presenting product updates to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience writing detailed product specifications
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
